顾客第一       

准确获取顾客的需求,在向顾客提供有魅力的、卓越的导视产品和服务时,时刻注重站在顾客的角度思考和解决问题,规范各类服务行为来开展和赢得业务。

1.创新和创意

导向导视既是科学,也是艺术。科学需要不断创新,艺术需要无尽创意。创新和创意是导视企业的核心和生命,我们始终把基于科学的创新和创意作为服务客户的第一准则和核心因素。      

2.下个流程是客户     

不论是工作的什么阶段,前期、概念、深化、施工图、后期制作安装维护等,都要将下个流程的人员作为你的客户来对待,要将品质优良、性能卓著、充满创意的导视服务和标识产品交给你的客户。

3.不给客户添麻烦   

客户购买我们的导视服务和产品,公司才有发展,我们的生存和收入取决于客户,因此不将有瑕疵的服务和产品提供给客户,万一不慎发生微小瑕疵也要迅速作出反应并用实际行动挽回客户的心。

Customers first     

Accurate acquisition of customer needs, in the provision of attractive, outstanding products and services to customers, always pay attention to standing in the customer's point of view to think and solve problems, standardize all kinds of service behavior to carry out and win business.    

1. innovation and creativity   

Wayfinding is both a science and an art. Science needs continuous innovation, and art needs endless creativity. Innovation and creativity are also the core and life of our company. We always regard scientific innovation and creativity as the first criterion and core factor of customer service.   

2. the next process is customer     

Whatever the job is, treat the people in the next process as your customers, and deliver quality, accurate service and products to your customers.   

3. no trouble to customers    

Only customers buy our services, the company will develop. Our revenue from customers, so we will not provide defective services to customers, in case of minor inadvertent defects also need to respond quickly and take practical action to restore customers' hearts.
