万达集团,中国领先商业地产开发和运营商,1988年成立于辽宁大连,目前已形成商业地产、高端酒店、连锁百货和文化旅游四大板块,运营60家五星级酒店、86家百货商场和众多商业中心,总资产4000亿人民币。此次我们承接的是昆明西山万达广场的导视系统设计,该广场投资100亿,于2014年正式开业,正好是集团第一百个万达广场。我们委派了多名专业商业地产和综合体导视设计师,经过详细调查分析诊断,根据万达广场的建筑和室内设计风格拟定总体思路。广场的整体建筑理念来源于昆明市市花——山茶花,并由此衍生出建筑的装饰曲线。我们以此为视觉核心,规划设计了广场大图腾和精神堡垒造型。同时结合城市雕塑的概念,使之成为区域中心元素和闪光点,从而达到吸引并留住消费者的目的。有些地方,我们把导视系统作为建筑的有机构成部分;而另一些地方,建筑又被当作很好的导向标识和地标。导视语言与建筑语言协同作用,互相补充,首尾呼应。点滴中渗透着以客户为中心的理念,细节处体现我们和万达的极致追求,并将此有效转化为广场的客流导入和业绩提升。我们另运用了众多创新导视设计技术,由于保密原因,此处不再详述。无论从实用还是审美角度,此项目均获得很大成功。

Wanda Group, China's leading commercial real estate developer and operator, was established in Dalian, Liaoning Province in 1988. At present, it has formed four major sectors: commercial real estate, high-end hotels, chain department stores and cultural tourism. It operates 60 five-star hotels, 86 department stores and numerous commercial centers with a total assets of 400 billion RMB. This time we undertake the design of the guidance system of Xishan Wanda Plaza in Kunming, Yunnan Province, which invests 10 billion yuan and officially opens in 2014. It is the 100th Wanda Plaza of the Group. We have appointed many professional commercial real estate wayfinding designers for this project, after detailed analysis and diagnosis, according to the building and interior design style of Wanda Plaza to draw up the overall idea. The overall architectural concept of the plaza originates from the city flower of Kunming, Camellia, and derives the decorative curve of the building. With this as the visual core, we plan and design the shape of the big totem and spiritual fortress of the plaza. At the same time, combined with the concept of urban sculpture, make it become a regional central element and the highlight, so as to attract and retain consumers. In some places, we regard the guiding system as an organic part of the building, while in others, the building is regarded as a good guiding sign and landmark. wayfinding language and architectural language are synergistic, complementary and echo. The concept of customer-centered is permeated in every drop, and the details reflect the ultimate pursuit of Wanda and us, and effectively translate this into the introduction of passenger flow and performance improvement of the plaza. We have also used a number of innovative wayfinding design techniques, but for reasons of confidentiality, we will not elaborate on them here. From both practical and aesthetic perspectives, this project has achieved great success.
