古德曼集团是澳洲最大的房地产企业,拥有近百亿澳元资产,投资分布于美洲、欧洲、亚洲和澳洲本地,在澳大利亚证券交易所上市。为了传播其品牌,我们首先考虑如何在一群特定的受众(古德曼的客户和潜在客户)面前提高古德曼品牌的认知度和认同感。因此我们设计了五个矗立于广场上的巨大的加号雕塑,采用钢架结构,可以灵活组装并带有LED照明,以便让古德曼的品牌全天候的向公众传播。加号设置于广场上,寓意该集团欣欣向荣和造福社会,并契合其“广场外的业务”的商业定位。同时设计了一个巨大的立体视觉围栏,大胆的造型和风格给人以极大的视觉震撼,让古德曼的品牌深入人心。标识均采用模块化设计并留下外接口,方便实用且利于日后维修更换,并可根据实际需要添加附着物。该作品深受客户好评。

Goodman Group is Australia's largest real estate company, with nearly 10 billion Australian dollars in assets, investments in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. In order to spread its brand, we first consider how to improve the recognition and identity of Goodman's brand in front of a specific audience (Goodman's customers and potential customers). We have designed five giant plus sculptures standing on the square, using steel frame structure, which can be flexibly assembled and illuminated with LED, so that Goodman's brand can be spread to the public all the time. The plus sign is set on the square, which means that the group is thriving and benefiting the society, and conforms to its business orientation of "business outside the square". At the same time, a huge stereo vision fence was designed. The bold shape and style give people a great visual shock, which make Goodman's brand deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The signs are modular design and leave an external interface, which is convenient for future maintenance and replacement, and can add attachments according to actual needs. The work is well received by the client.
